IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note all clearance item(s) purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance items are marked with a yellow clearance tag. Sale items can be returned but not clearance items.

RETURNS

United States and Canada

TYH Boutique is proud to offer FREE returns.

*Please note TYH Boutique reserves the right to revoke the free returns in the event that a customer has reached the return rate of 3 orders / 3 returns or more, within 6 months. 

In order to request a return, you can proceed using one of the following methods:

Please include your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.

You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition, never worn or washed and have their original tags. Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email with detailed return instructions, a pre-paid return label and a commercial invoice. Customers have 10 business days to drop off the return parcel(s) to a shipping carrier of their choice, after which the return parcel will not be accepted at our return facility.

*Please note that items purchased on sale or using a promotional coupon code (other than the coupon obtained upon subscribing to our newsletter) are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

International

Once your items are received, they will be inspected to ensure that the above conditions are met. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund through your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

International

*For all returns eligible for a full or partial refund please make sure to call, email or live chat with a customer agent once your return is delivered. If for any reason you omit to contact us regarding your refund, no worries a store credit code will be issued to your account and you will be notified by email.*
